STRESS IS NOT SOMETHING THAT YOU ARE. STRESS IS SOMETHING THAT YOU DO! So in order for you to be less stressed you need to learn new behaviors.
1. BE CLEAR ON YOUR OBJECTIVE
I'm sure you have an idea about what you don't want anymore. But it's very important to decide also what you want. And if your answer is "I don't know!"... Look around! Stop whining! Take a breath and figure it out!
2. ADOPT THE 80/20 RULE
I know you've heard this before. But did you analyze... truly... where do you lose your time and energy? Is it "stressful" someone or is it something that you do? Eliminate once and for good the noise from your life. And don't give me that BS that you can't do it!
